Old JOHN DEERE Metal Advertising Thermometer NOTHING RUNS LIKE A DEERE EX+ OLD
This listing is for an original, I believe 1952, John Deere advertising thermometer in collector quality condition. I have seen reproductions of this thermometer over the years, but this one is an original, with thicker metal than the copies. It was thick in dust which protected the bright color all of these years. The thermometer is not mint, but I would grade it a solid 9 out of 10 or higher. There are no dents of bends and it hangs flat against the wall. There are some minor areas of age so please look at photos closely. The thermometer measures 12-3/4 inches tall and 2-3/4 inches wide. You will notice that the numbers on the right side of the thermometer (Celsius) are green and the numbers on the left side (Fahrenheit) are black. The thermometer insert is glass. This is a real beauty collectors! The best I have ever seen.

RARE Vintage John Deere Advertising Thermometer Metal Sign Large 24 Tall. I have not seen another like this. It works as it should. As far as the temperature goes. There are rust and paint wear spots throughout as seen in the photos, a few dents that are small that have turned to rust so they are hard to see, but that just gives it natural authentic patina. The top is approximately 8.5 in wide and the bottom is approximately 7.5 in wide. It gradually gets smaller as it goes down. The graphics are really nice. It’s a pics old tractors to the right of the thermometer. Marked made in USA. This is vintage not antique. Please see all photos. If you have any questions please ask.

Vintage John Deere Model A farm tractor thermometer, from back in the day! Measures 18.5 around; has aluminum edges with clear plastic face/front. Has metal hanging tabs on top & bottom. Photos 5 & 6 show two teeny holes by the 60/70 degree area; mentioned for picky. Was well-cared for & stored away for decades by an Amish family in Southwest Michigan. In working condition, temperature goes up in the sun & appears to be accurate. Long-discontinued & retired collectible; circa 1960’s/early’70’s. Complete your collection today!

1960s; Deere & Co. Moline, IL Vintage tin litho advertising thermometer. This piece features the classic two-legged John Deere logo and lettering in green and black. It is missing the thermometer tube and could use a quick clean. Exhibits minor signs of wear including some dirt/dust and rust on the mounting brackets. 2.75″ W x 13″ H Please refer to photos regarding condition. I believe this thermometer is new old stock, and hasn’t been used. Surfaces have some scuffs, and scratches. It does have some light rust spots on the bottom edge. The thermometer is working, and looks to be reading accurately. Still has very nice colors, and graphics. Measures: 10 7/8″ Tall x 3 1/8″ Wide. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
