The signs are technically new and had never been unrolled before today. They have been stored rolled up as they were originally received. As you can see in one photo, the extremely curled edge of one sign began to crack on the magnetic side as I unrolled it. It did not break but I want to make sure you see that and handle these carefully. Thus I listed the condition as used.
