The hopper does have surface rust, pitted, dings and dents. It has neat patina for its age and displays well for an old. Front porch / front yard decor!! Missing some paint, BUT. About 15″ across and 17.5″ deep. Good for use in the field again. For a flower box and display on the porch or set on the stump in your front yard!
