This is a new old stock advertising banner from an old JD dealership. This banner was never displayed nor removed from the box before now. I was the first person to unfold it in at least 30 years. Measures about 20 inches tall and six feet long. Made of either a very heavy duty paper or a Tyvek type material. Id bet its very weatherproof. Some areas have very faint stains from spending decades pressed up against each other those stains would probably not be seen from ten feet away. This was stored in a dry location so theres very little chance of water damage and I dont think thats what the stains are.
