The hopper does have surface rust, pitted, dings and dents. It has neat patina for its age and displays well for an old. Front porch / front yard decor!! Missing some paint, BUT. About 15″ across and 17.5″ deep. Good for use in the field again. For a flower box and display on the porch or set on the stump in your front yard! Please see multiple photos provided for further condition. We rarely disturb the history of an item by cleaning it, beyond wiping it with a soft towel. We are a search and rescue team.
