Old JOHN DEERE Farm Implements Porcelain Sign Advertising Early 1900’s NICE
Here is an extremely nice porcelain John Deere Farm Equipment advertising sign. It was made by American Art Works in Coshocton, Ohio, and is marked so in the lower right corner. It measures about 12 x 24 inches and is in as found condition. I don’t know how old it is but it came from an old collection where it lived for a long time. It has great color and gloss and only minor porcelain loss around the mounting holes as can be seen. It shows the early depiction of the 4-legged deer along with the dealers name from Carlinville, Illinois. It is a very scarce sign and is in remarkable condition for its age so if you’re looking to add to your John Deere advertising collection or display here is a great piece! The pictures tell the story. I can be reached at 262 573 1931 if you’d like to talk about it.
